Mustang Survival's MS2175 Deluxe Anti-Exposure Coverall and Flotation Work Suit is designed with Mustang's Airsoft™ foam for a lighter and more comfortable fit than the MS2075 Coverall Flotation Suit. Comfort Cuff™ technology creates a relaxed, comfortable fit around the wrists, and is matched by the overall relaxed and comfortable fit of the suit design. Featuring two chest pockets, large front cargo pockets and an inflatable head pillow for additional in-water support and buoyancy, this suit blends functionality and features to meet the demands of a wide-range of professional and industrial uses.

Mustang Survival flotation suits are designed to protect the wearer from foul weather, and use closed-cell foam to offer flotation and hypothermia protection in the event of water immersion. Tug-Tite® technology and Velcro™ wrist and ankle closures improve fit and limit water flushing if immersed, SOLAS reflective tape enhances visibility and an inflatable head support pillow.

         Constant wear Aviation coverall (Catalog #MAC10)

The MAC10 is a close fitting, anti-exposure suit for pilots and passengers flying over marine environments. Designed to replace multiple garments used to protect aircrew from individual operational hazards, the integrated three layer suit offers protection from fire and its radiant heat, cold exposure, cold water immersion and drowning. A durable, flame resistant Nomex® anti-static outer layer provides protection for the inherently buoyant, thermal protective wetsuit. An inner layer of Nomex® provides further fire protection and comfort. Even after being significantly marred by fire or puncture, the suit maintains its flotation and hypothermia protection.

Rugged leather abrasion panels are integrated into the knees and seat offering protection from petroleum, fuel oils and soiling. Multiple pockets provide storage for notepads, pens and survival equipment. An insulated thermal protective hood, stored in the right leg pocket, minimizes heat loss and provides additional fire protection for the head.

The MAC100 is a breathable flight coverall that provides anti-exposure protection without sacrificing comfort during prolonged missions. Engineered for maximum mobility during marine aircraft operations, this three layer integrated suit provides protection against fire, radiant hear, cold weather, cold-water immersion and drowning.

The breathable foam liner features a moisture permeable membrane that allows excess moisture to escape while providing a thermal barrier against the dangers of outside elements. Durable, flame-resistant Nomex aramid, anti-static fabric provides external protection for the inherently buoyant, flame resistant, thermally protective, integral wetsuit. Even after being significantly marred by fire or puncture, the suit maintains its flotation and hypothermia protection.

Constant wear Aviation drysuit system (3-layer) (Catalog #MAC300)

The MAC300 combines the protection of an immersion suit with the mobility and durability of a work suit. This integrated design reduces the weight and bulk of wearing multiple suits and features an innovative entry system that makes donning and doffing easier. The suit reduces heat stress while protecting against flame, immersion, and hypothermia hazards.

The anti-static, flame resistant Nomex® outer shell is strategically reinforced with leather in high-wear areas and can be easily detached from the Immersion and Thermal Modules to be worn separately as a flight suit. Using GORE-TEX® waterproof breathable fabric, the Immersion Module provides the protection of a dry suit and an adjustable neck seal using Mustang's patented Closed Comfort System (CCS™) worn loose to provide comfort out of the water and can quickly be drawn tight to keep the water out. The breathable thermal liner provides both insulation and emergency flotation and features aerated closed-cell foam quilted with a wicking fabric that pulls excess moisture away from the body.

ANTI-EXPOSURE FLAME RESISTANT FLOTATION SUIT (Catalog #MS-195 FR)

The MS195 FR Flame Resistant Flotation Suit was developed in response to the unique requirement for a coverall that provides flotation, hypothermia and fire protection while increasing visibility in a search and rescue situation. Bringing all the features of Mustang Survival's line of Deluxe Flotation Suits, the Flame Resistant version offers an anti-static 6oz NOMEX IIIA outer shell and lining. Made with Mustang Airsoft™ foam for buoyancy and thermal insulation, Comfort Cuff™ wrists for enhanced comfort, gusseted leg zippers for easy donning and doffing and extra large cargo pockets at the hips for additional storage.

The MS-195 FR is not approved to Transport Canada standards and is therefore not suitable for all uers. It exceeds the minimum 15.5lb Coast Guard buoyancy requirement and falls below the maximum 35lb buoyancy requirement for safe helicopter egress.

Delivering warmth and comfort in cold weather environments, the Suit's closed-cell foam provides flotation and in-water insulation to delay the onset of hypothermia in the event of water immersion (Immersed Clo = 0.420). The swuit features functional essentials including SOLAS tape for visibility and large front cargo pockets for storage. When greater durability than traditional drysuits and anti-exposure work suits are needed, Mustang Survival offers the ultimate in cold weather Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The MSD901 22 is a 3-layer modular system that combines the protection of an immersion suit with the mobility and durability of a work suit.

The inner liner provides thermal protection and flotation using ultra soft closed cell foam which is then quilted with moisture wicking fabrics to regulate body temperature. The immersion module uses GORE-TEX® waterproof breathable fabric to allow the escape of excess moisture vapor while providing a waterproof barrier to the outside elements. The rugged outer shell protects against debris and is reinforced on the knees, seat and knees for abrasion resistance. These 3 layers are integrated into one unit to provide optimal protection and offer convenient repair or replacement of parts.

New features included on the MSD901 22 provide improved comfort and performance. Trim to fit neoprene wrist seals and removable internal suspenders allow users to customize the suit to their exact needs. Wide leg construction accommodates a 16" boot and makes the suit even easier to don. The included closed-cell neoprene hood provides thermal protection in extreme cold weather environments.

Three Layer System:

1st Layer - Thermal Layer

Using ultra-soft, polyvinylchloride (PVC) closed-cell foam, the thermal layer provides both hypothermia protection and inherent buoyancy. Quilted wicking fabric pulls moisture away from the body to ensure a dry, comfortable fit.

2nd Layer - Immersion Module

The immersion module uses light weight GORE-TEX ® waterproof breathable fabric to reduce heat stress and fatigue, while maximizing thermal and immersion protection. Trim to fit neoprene wrist seals ensure waterproof integrity and Mustang's patented Closed Comfort System (CCS™) adjustable neck seal can be worn loose to provide comfort out of the water and can quickly be drawn tight to keep the water out.

3rd Layer - Outer Shell

The urethane-coated nylon shell provides a durable water-resistant barrier to wind, sea spray and rain and protects the inner layers against debris. Seat and knee panels are reinforced using 500 Denier Cordura® Nylon to provide abrasion protection. Advanced Ventilation Technology (AVT™) venting design promotes heat and moisture regulation.

The Mustang MSD560 is a tri-laminate nylon and butyl suit developed for surface rescue swimmers.  The RSD is intended to function in extreme environments and is currently used aboard US Coast Guard Cutters as standard equipment for Surface Rescue Swimmers.  Thermal performance of the MSD560, as with any dry suit, is dependent on the type and thickness of the undergarment worn.

After years of research, the world's most advanced marine survival system is now available. The MSD900 Breathable Marine System is an evolution in marine survival equipment that has been built to endure the most extreme operating environment of marine professionals.
